Main Street music is pleased to announce the release of the new book "Pete Seeger - Chopping Wood" a collection of Pete's spoken work with photos and commentary. The book is being released by Jawbone Press on Pete's birthday, May 3rd, 2024. To celebrate, Main Street proprietors David and Jacob Bernz will be hosting a Pete Seeger "song or story" open-mic at the Towne Crier Cafe just a few doors down from the store here in Beacon NY. Please come and sing your Pete song or share your Pete story and we'll sprinkle in a few readings from the book. |  |
